Cleaning all bacteria out of mouth and keeping clean is the answer. Do you have any cepacol mouthwash? If he can hold in the mouth for 5 min. and then spit out, is a tremendous help. Also, you can use Hydrogen Peroxide diluted a little with water. Any mouthwash with alcohol would help. LOL He doesn't swallow but that alcohol kills the bacteria.
