When you start giving it to friends, you will be running our more often than you think. Gallon Batches are nice indeed.

 Looking for a little guidance from other members.

Stop using a Two Bit Wall Wart, and get a 4 BIT power supply. Ask your technician friend his opinion on this.
He can build you a great power supply.

You have the "ace in the hole" so use him to advantage.
Tell him to make two of the constant current units, one of you and one for him. <grin>
