Hi Ken. Years ago I computed the total sq inch of coins and bars. For coins I came up with 4.75 total sq inches, thats front and back and edges. I forget the formula I used and some people say say you should only use the facing sides when using only two coins. I used 4 silver bars with a hole drilled in the top and a piece of 99.9% silver wire to hang the bars with. Spacing was 1 inch apart and mA was set at 10. Used a 1 gal sun tea jar. This set up would produce 1 quart per hour. Also used a aqu.pump for stirring. I also used polarity switching. PPM was around 20 then would drop to about 13 in 24 hrs. Worked great but I'm overseas now and use a much smaller setup. Hope that helps.
