Well I suppose if you are coming from a very bad place anything which is better will aid in recovery. I'm a very healthy person blessed with great genetics. So this is coming from someone who is athletic. I need the edge when it comes to performance. I have a bag of whey and I plan to experiment more because I don't want to throw it. People have to be careful what products they buy because there are lots of fillers in them and often not mentioned.
