It's one of the worst pains I've ever had. To cough or sneeze brings tears to my eyes. Fortunately it isn't every day but sometimes can last for days. I'm increasing my cs and going to talk to the chiropractor about decompression. If he doesn't have this available then I'll arrange to see the acupuncturist. I've used her before but for a different problem. I haven't had a virus that I know. I've stayed fairly healthy since learning about cs and using it. Thank everyone for their help. Dianne
