Smitty, Try the peroxide rinsing. It gets rid of the plaque. Just take hydrogen peroxide and mix one third to two thirds water. Swish around and spit out. Then you want to go around the tooth with a dental stick. It will prevent you from having those horrible cleanings. I did have mine cleaned last week but it only took 10 minutes for the whole mouth.
