I have this little hard lump on my face within an 'age' (my only one) spot which has grown where, many years ago, a doctor found a similar thing and wanted to have it surgically removed. I have been applying mag oil and it *is* diminishing gradually. I don't know if it is a cancerous lump though or something else. I will let you know if it disappears though. Dee
