Maybe so, but one does not always have the other stuff.

I have always drank a lot of water. Even in 1960 my friends stated they
never saw me without a
canteen of water in my hand.
Never had a back problem, never broke a bone, never a disk problem, and
believe me I have tried hard to Crush Every Disk in my body.
Can you tell I am bored this week? lol

Of course I think anyone is foolish that depends on the minerals in the
water.
I doubt that 50 gallons per day would provide enough, and most can't
drink that much anyway.
I welcome different ideas, and continue being critical of most things.
