I must say, I had to check twice to be sure that wasy Wayne making that 
posting and not Ken! <GRIN>

Since the 'puppy will do the auto-shut-off thing, my suggestion is to 
cycle the thing twice a day and be done with it... Morning and bedtime, 
decant, re-fill, push the button and leave it. You did say it's taking 
like 8 hours to do a batch, right? This way you don't have to worry or 
wait on it.

Will half a gallon per day be enough?
