and associated circuits could be used. It could even have the stop watch built in. ( or a timing indicator )

This appears to bring it's own problems...timers! I have considered doing more research on these but then because of all the variables involved one would never get the same ppm in each batch...water temperature, water quality, moon phases etc etc. Timers, as I understand them, would only work adequately if arranged or configured somehow to work with desired ppm results...not just on time itself. One can see immediately that it will not work on just time alone. I know nothing about timers however, and don't see a need for me to at the moment, so I will stand to be corrected on what I just stated there. I have my system worked out fairly well, and it doesn't require me to be in attendance constantly, just periodically, and more so towards the end of 'brewing'. My last batch was 2 litres, (don't know what that is in ounces), using my magnetic stirrer, Pure water and 10 hours to get a clear 14ppm solution with slight TE, which stabilised at 11ppm after 24 hours, (still clear, still 11ppm over a week later). From this I have taken the assumption that some ions have agglomerated to form more particles which explains why initial ppm reading dropped over 24 hours. This is the conclusion I have come to over time as the silver has not 'gone anywhere', it's still in the solution 'somewhere', but the ion to particle ratio has changed after stabilising period. From that I am telling myself that the original ppm reading still stands but ion/particle ratio has altered.

...Neville.

Be careful, you might become labeled a NON conformist or a list critic.
