Exactly! IF it is a new food item for me, that is. Even sometimes if I
haven't reacted to it before.

This is typical of allergic reactions of all kinds so far as I've been
able to research.

I can do farm raised Tilapia from Ecuador also. Unluckily I can do
catfish, but I really hate it, LOL.

Yes, a couple years ago. Couldn't tell if it did anything so I guess it
didn't help me. No noticeable improvement, anyway.
