I might add, avoid phosphoric acid, it will leach calcium from your bones. It is normally found in colas and some other soft drinks.

She can check out Dr John Lee's book on menopause, he uses natural progesterone cream for that, and it slowly helps build bones, even in very elderly women.

Other bone health nutrients are Vitamin D (very important), along with calcium, magnesium, boron, etc. I have seen supplements with several nutrients in one tablet at Whole Foods, or a store like that. A good multi can help too. Of course, this is assuming she is eating Real Food and not processed garbage. I am a Jack LaLanne fan, and he loves fresh juices as an easy way to get nutrients in the elderly, he uses it himself.

Does anyone have any advice or suggestions?
