I might add, avoid phosphoric acid, it will leach calcium from your
bones. It is normally found in colas and some other soft drinks.

Other bone health nutrients are Vitamin D (very important), along with
calcium, magnesium, boron, etc. I have seen supplements with several
nutrients in one tablet at Whole Foods, or a store like that. A good
multi can help too. Of course, this is assuming she is eating Real
Food and not processed garbage. I am a Jack LaLanne fan, and he loves
fresh juices as an easy way to get nutrients in the elderly, he uses
it himself.
