about coconut oil is that it helps improves nutrient absorption. It improves 
absorption of minerals such as calcium and magnesium and thus aid in

vitamins, the fat-soluble vitamins: A, D, E, K, beta-carotene, and some

A friend has been diagnosed with advanced osteoporosis & dr. has
prescribed Fosamax, which my friend does NOT want to take. She has ordered
the book The Bone Health Revolution by Vivian Goldschmidt.
