I'll read through both of these more and do some more searching of the 'ingredients' to see what I come up with as this information could be quite helpful. There are predominantly 2 forms of selenium apparently, organic and inorganic, and also selenium is stated as being a 'relative' of sulpher. With this information, combined with your and Teri's, and information I haven't discovered yet I am trying to build a picture of what selenium is, what it does (exactly), and what other ingredients are included which constitutes the supplemental form. I found that apparently it's toxic if taken in excess and some articles accuse it of causing a form of diabeties, I think it was type 2, it doesn't matter what type anyway the accusation is the main point, and I believe it's used for chelation also, (this, I want to research more). I have to say though that it was when I discovered selenium is used in photography that it made me sit up and take notice. I'm not a scientist but just trying to fill in some gaps which are not readily 'fillable' of several points where EICS is involved. Thanks again for that Steve and Teri and I will continue my search for additional information. The quest is endless is it not! This would be so much easier if I was scientifically minded, and spoke the 'lingo' accordingly.
