I've been taking 1000 iu's daily for over 10 years, lesser amounts
(but still megadose range) for 20 years before that.
In fact I was taking it before the medicos found out we needed it, and
were laughing at it. I beleive the Canadian Doctor brothers Shute were
using to successfully treat heart conditions. Funny, they were
pioneers but never got the credit.
