A study in the April issue of the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition
found that natural vitamin E was retained in the blood twice as well as
synthetic vitamin E at all dosages. Another study, of 15 pregnant women,
also found natural E outshone synthetic two to one. It’s believed the body
prefers natural E because of its specific three-dimensional configuration.
