Different people do seem to notice the metallic taste more or less, and find it more or less objectionable. Assuming you didn't stir in any of the gray buildup that normally forms on the electrodes, you're just getting a stronger dose of the taste. > Maybe my earlier stuff wasn't strong enough? ... So, am I likely > to poison myself with this bitter stuff or should I be excited that > I finally have the real thing? Your earlier stuff is probably potent enough, provided you're prepared to dose for effect -- that is, use enough to be effective on the symptoms. At least one of the gurus of the CS "movement" claims to drink quarts of 3-5 ppm cs daily with good effect preventing illness. The point is, the concentration of silver in the solution is not as critical as the actual amount of silver consumed. If you've got kidneys to deal with the extra volume of water, your body ought to absorb enough silver for it to be effective if you consume larger amounts of "milder" CS preparations. The good news, here, is that you can take enough of the weaker solution whose taste you can tolerate, and not need to choke down something that tastes nasty to you. Be well, Mike D.
