Naltrexone definitely does have side effects. You cannot be on any kind of opiate, both prescription and street type, and cannot have any alcohol, and it's very dangerous if you have any kind of liver or kidney problems, and some other drugs interact with it, and it makes some over the counter and prescription medicines not work.
