Dorothy, you are talking about Naltrexone, not Low Dose Naltrexone which is 
given in (as the name implies) very low amounts.  Please look it up on one of 
the lists before spreading misinformation about it.

opiate, both prescription and street type, and cannot have any alcohol, and 
it's very dangerous if you have any kind of liver or kidney problems, and some 
other drugs interact with it, and it makes some over the counter and
