Hey Jean,

Please, continue to repeat yourself!!  I guess it was your suggestion of this 
recipe that had me make this once (except I don't remember putting salt in it). 
 But it was delicious - I intend to make sure the recipe doesn't get lost this 
time around when I make some this time!  My dad ( a coconut lover) moved in 
with me a few months ago, and I'm sure he's really gonna appreciate it!
