One bottle will last me years. Currently I'm using it on my knee for tendonitis. I have a partial knee replacement and the orthopaedic surgeon ok'd the DMSO in the daytime and an NSAID patch at night. My previous orthopaedic surgeon had approved DMSO use also, and that time it cleared up a tendon pain in a couple days after weeks of it hurting. Pat
