That's for sure. It is already a crime to distill alcohol for your car or other uses. Just add CS to the list of illegal drugs, and you would be treated like any other illicit drug manufacturer, distributor or dope peddler, and thrown in the same prisons as the scum that make money off the cocaine and all.
