asthma is often a fungal infection. When I use my cs orally it keeps
the asthma at bay... I usually use an ounce or so holding it in my
mouth for a while. For the little ones I wonder if just a few drops at
a time would work...
I have heard that adding cs to something just before drinking it can
be effective, though to my mind it may not be as effective as straight.
For me, I had to start out very slowly, as too much would make things
worse. So I started out with a teaspoon or so and worked up from
there. When the infection dies off it can cause a herks reaction (it
did for me) and so I took it slow.

I am concerned about the coming flu epidemic. How much CS should
they take as a
Preventive and can it be added to their milk or juice on a daily
basis?
Thanks in advance for all replies.

So, if I needed to sterilize something, would CS do the trick? Like
say I wanted to make sure my makeup brushes were clean and free of
bacteria and such and I soaked them in some CS would that do the
trick? Just curious…
