That is interesting. The vet told us most cats with asthma keep having more and more asthma attacks, closer and closer together. But my asthmatic cat has had very few attacks, usually only one a year. After she had one attack only a few months from a previous attack, I changed her drinking water from 50% CS to straight CS and as of this writing, it has been 14 months since she has had an attack. I have believed the CS was helping her asthma, but didn't know how it could. If she has a fungal infection that would explain it. She also had one attack of pancreatitis around the time of her last asthma attack, and that has not recurred either so far.
Geez, I LOVE CS! Not only for the improved health of my cat, but for the savings on vet bills, LOL.
