Thanks for the replay Kathryn. Also they both have nebulizers. Would

It be more effective that way? It's not an ultrasonic, just compression?

And what would be the does? And will you get a herx from using CS the

first time in a nebulizer?

asthma is often a fungal infection. When I use my cs orally it keeps the
asthma at bay... I usually use an ounce or so holding it in my mouth for a
while. For the little ones I wonder if just a few drops at a time would
work...

I have heard that adding cs to something just before drinking it can be
effective, though to my mind it may not be as effective as straight.

For me, I had to start out very slowly, as too much would make things worse.
So I started out with a teaspoon or so and worked up from there. When the
infection dies off it can cause a herks reaction (it did for me) and so I
took it slow.

I am concerned about the coming flu epidemic. How much CS should they take

Thanks in advance for all replies.

So, if I needed to sterilize something, would CS do the trick? Like say I
wanted to make sure my makeup brushes were clean and free of bacteria and
such and I soaked them in some CS would that do the trick? Just curious.
