Hi Dee. Don't want to be argumentative -- but I always worry about statements that a person *should* do something, because it connotates right and wrong -- which can confuse a person new to EIS.
EIS *can* be stored in clear bottles would be more accurate. For myself, I prefer to store mine in Cobalt blue glass bottles. When I pour it out to use it, I can clearly see if it's still clear or if it has changed color. So far, that has never happened. I didn't see where she said anything about using plastic. ??? This could be the water you have used not being too good, or even something leaching out of the plastic.
