Hi Dee. Just wanted to clarify -- it wasn't that "EIS should be clear" that I was commenting on -- it was that "EIS should be stored in clear glass". I want you to know that I wasn't intending to be critical of what you said, just wanted to clarify that there's nothing wrong with storing it in colored glass bottles, and that we need to be careful in our choice of words regarding making and storing EIS. People new to the process take things very literally.
You're right -- it would be easy to miss discoloration if you only poured a spoon-ful at a time -- that's something that I never do. Some are under the erroneous impression that it *should* be stored in coloured vessels which is what I wanted to correct. And it isn't always easy to see the colour when poured out if you only have a small dose.
