I've traced it back to my sister. Turned out that after a trouble shot and rebuilt her computer. She hadn't put a couple of virus programs. I've found when a boss at Intel that the Iolo System Mechanic and Norton 360 Gives very good protection.My retired boss from there and i put it in every new computer sale. Regards! Larry
