Ooops, forgot to mention the low dose naltrexone. I've been taking it since march, and it does help. I started at night, seemed to develop insomnia, switched to AM, and I'm going to switch back to pm tonight, to see if it will be more effective. It works by stimulating endorphin production at peak times during the night, which in turn stimulates the immune system. Its becoming a mainstay for ms, aids, hcv, and more.
