Hi Sunny, welcome to the list. As you say there is a lot of conflicting information out there but we on the list (and there are many experts here, including at least one resident scientist) and I'm sure you will get a lot of help.
I use a Silver Puppy which is made by someone on the list, but there are others which other people are just as happy with as I am with my Puppy. We use low voltage electricity which makes EIS which is electrically isolated silver. It is approximately 80-90% ionic and the rest colloidal. We all find that this is the best combination and has the greatest success in killing pathogens. I have cured chest infections (nebulised) ear and eye infections, gum abscesses, other abscesses, cuts wounds, sickness, diarrhoea, 'flu type viruses, etc., etc., I have also cured sickness and diarrhoea in dogs. My family and dog, do not go to the doctor or vets hardly at all and we are in our sixties (not the dog!)
