Jason, This may be a good start. Prolozone Therapy - not prolotherapy. Dr. Shallenberger pioneered this method and also trains many other doctors to provide this method of healing and it is useful where there is an infection as it uses ozone. Also, google Egoscue method. There are practitioners around the country who have been trained in this method. I have no idea where you are. Another option might be Decompression from a chiropractor who has the table and has much experience. I did this and it was immensely helpful.
