Sort of.  My chiro suggested I take 3 at each meal.  I was a little nervous
about this so I started with one, and it did burn ever so slightly in the
beginning, but this quickly went away.  I worked up to 3 at each meal and
I'm still there.

The book "Why Stomach Acid Is Good For You" has a lot of good info on this.
My recollection is the author suggests working up to 5-7 per meal.
