Sounds intense! personally, I use soap and have for years since I
read Dr. Judd's book on Good Teeth, Birth to Death. Not bad, just
look for your favorite taste. LOL It kills bacteria and only takes a
min to brush unlike ones with glycerin which is sticking to the
teeth and you have to brush extra to clean it off.
I use soap also and have done for most of the last several years. I
had finally found a few toothpastes that had no ingredients I was
allergic to, or so I thought, but I was breaking out with acne around
my chin and mouth, and the blemishes would not heal even with
CS/DMSO. Finally I remembered reading years ago that the cause could
be an allergy to something in the toothpaste one was using. I
immediately went back to soap, the blemishes healed and I've not had
any more develop.
