Good points, Sol. You're more lengthy in your qualitative desriptions than me. Yeah, Puritan Pride have good sources and good quality, too. Life Extension I've used, too, New Chapter, Now, Shaklee, Alta, Crusador, etc.,. I think Swanson's Vitamin E with mixed tocopherols and mixed tocotrienols is a fantastic product for the price. Trying to find a balanced Vitamin E at a decent price is like trying to find the proverbial needle in the haystack...
