As an anecdote, I had had an ongoing wrist problem that refused to go
away. I'm talking about several years. Complete rest would help for
awhile, as well as a brace during practice. Various liniments gave
only temporary relief.
When a magnet thread came up on another list, I was inspired to try to
devise something.
I went to a craft shop and bought a package of round (circle) magnets
for a dollar and some velcro from a sewing center.

I formed a wrist strap with the velcro and hot glued 3 magnets with
appropriate spacings to the inside of the band.
Wore it for three days and got relief for several months. Did it
again, and have not had to repeat since.
                                                        Chuck
I have six locks on my door all in a row. When I go out, I
lock every other one. I figure no matter how long somebody
stands there picking the locks, they're always locking
 three.
