>As an anecdote, I had had an ongoing wrist problem that refused to go Ok, I confess, I've already used magnets for therapy and "prescribed" them for others who have seen good results. Knee that I sorta messed up in boot camp started bugging me so I bought a pack of round craft magnets at WalMart and just plopped them on my knee (no easy task, keeping them there!). It seemed to work, but *WAS* work, so I bought a big pack of "ribbon magnet" - the kind with a pull-off adhesive on one side - and cut off a 2' strip, wrapping it around my knee so that it overlapped itself and kept itself in place. This also proved effective on my elbow, my mom's elbow and the knee of an elderly gent at church (he had to have knee surgery, but the magnet certainly helped keep the swelling down for him, which meant less pain). Also have used the larger round magnets as "earrings" for sinus problems to good effect on several family members.
I asked that glorious list of questions because I'm going at it rather "hit or miss" right now and need some refinement to really be effective, I think. >hot glued 3 magnets with appropriate spacings to the inside of the band. What is considered "appropriate spacing" and how did you determine it? I worry that the person who thought up Muzak may be thinking up something else. --Lily Tomlin >>Michael<< [email protected] webmaster of The Outlands webStead at http://members.tripod.com/~Outlands and lord of Far Reaches cot-hold ___________________________________________________________________ Get the Internet just the way you want it.
