Mine is bitter too. I have used Lignisul, then later OptiMSM and both
were very bitter.
For a year or so I had excellent relief from taking MSM along with
Yucca herb. Both are used for pain relief but I got the best results
using them together. At some point that stopped working. Neither one
alone or together has worked for me since then.
Just had to stick my oar in, LOL.
