Glucosamine - fine. MSM - great! Hyaluronic Acid - very good. Vitamin C. All help with arthritis. Chondroitin - I'm keeping an eye on because I've heard it may cause certain forms of cancer (Wm. Campbell Douglass II, MD,) - just a rumor, now, but I'm looking for more references on it.
