Know many people who use the Gluc/Condroitin combo and say they have seen a little improvement. As to the other 3, Vit C - I take no less than 3 grams a day, most days its 5 grams - for years now this has been my daily. MSM - and Hyaluronic Acid .weekly as well. Good stuff. :)

Vitamin C. All help with arthritis. Chondroitin - I'm keeping an eye on because I've heard it may cause certain forms of cancer (Wm. Campbell Douglass II, MD,) - just a rumor, now, but I'm looking for more references on it. John On Tue, Feb 16, 2010 at 9:58 PM, Carol Ann <[email protected]> wrote: i swear by MSM. A friend of mine has been able to discontinue her Celebrex anti-inflammatory and uses nothing for pain since she started that plus fish oil and vitamin D. She had had significant pain, especially in her knee. Pat
