Quick search with your basic engines will bring you up to speed on
this latest wonder of the middle aged.
 Like CS, it is available at inflated prices all over.

 I've found it by the pound, at less than $15/lb at a local farm store
in the vet supply section.
 It's a crystal-like substance that dissolves instantly in water and
has a bitter taste. I find it effective for morning stiffness and
arthritic pain in teaspoon/tablespoon dosages. So you can see that
buying it by capsule dosages will be expensive for effective dosage
size.
Essentially it is DMSO without the strong odor associated with it.
Wouldn't be without it, it's a lifechanger!
