SSKI is the one that Mercola advocates over Lugols so I would trust that. I use Nascent Iodine which is supposed to be more bioavailable than Lugols too, but I don't know how true that is, or whether its hype. It definitely dissolves better though i.e you can't see the colour when its dropped into water. dee
