There is a promising study at

It shows that curcumin or turmeric can protect the esaphogus against
the damage caused by GERD. I would suggest taking curcumin or turmeric
regularly. Esp at night before sleep since most damage happens during
sleep.

I was diagnosed with Barrettes esophagus, I had a scope today and the
doctor sent off a couple of biopsies. Is there anything I can do to
cure, stand off, or make better?
