I was diagnosed with Barrettes esophagus, I had a scope today and the
doctor sent off a couple of biopsies

I have it also, it was found at least 10 years ago. I took every anti-acid
you can name daily. I followed DR Mercola's method to stop the anti-acids.
Took about two months to get off Nexium. Heart burns were eased with Pepsid
AC. Mercola said to use Tagamet. I liked Pepsid AC better.
I then found out what triggered my heart burns. Mostly sugar like in pies,
ice cream. I still have them but for lunch, not supper. I try to eat supper
before 5 PM, then nothing even water after supper. This leaves an empty
stomach for bedtime so nothing for GERD to happen. I got rid of using
multiple pillows also. If my mouth gets real dry in the PM I will take 2
swallows
of water.
I had endoscopes every year with reaming out the esophagus nearly every
year. Food would get stuck and could not swallow. I use my GB-4000 zapper that
has a program for esophagus constriction, Also it has a program for Human
Growth Hormone that was mentioned several months back.
I have been taking Blis K12 probiotics for about 4 days. Still have an
Asthma wheeze but noticed some mucous letting loose from my chest. I would love
to stop taking Advair and combivent for Asthma. I stopped taking them last
year and had Asthma return where I could not inhale or exhale so had to
use the meds. again.
