Hi PT,
I've had good results by flushing my sinuses out with a 1/2 teaspoon
vitC
and 1 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate solution made with a cup of EIS . Stir
very well until all is dissolved. Warm slightly by putting cup in a pot
with warm water. I use a 50ml syringe with a short length of silicon
rubber tube to insert in each nostril, one at a time.
You may have to do it several times per day.
I would also gently flush the ears too.
