What is EIS ?  :-) Its a term first proposed by Bob Berger; Ole Bob ; it 
describes more accurately what we are making.

Electrolytically Isolated Silver. It is what most of the people on this
list are making and/or buying.  It is typically 10% colloidal
(crystaline particles suspended in water) silver and 90% ionic silver
(silver hydroxide and silver oxide).
