Hi Linda, I agree with Bob. On the germkiller yahoo group baby_grand has made a dental godzilla device and is experimenting with it. I believe you will find that group very interesting because they have plenty of files and photos to help you build any of these cheap electrical devices and what they are good for.
I have made a couple of godrods which I use on my gums and it works just fine.
