What do you mean by an infection in tooth tubules? Tooth tubules are very
small. Are you talking about an infection within individual tooth tubules? Does
the person with the infection have a problem with missing tooth enamel or
exposed tooth roots?

Without having to remove the tooth?
Or infections trapped under fillings?
