Tom, Brooks Bradley has intimated that when supplementing minerals one could end up by unbalancing the minerals in the body and recommended taking large doses of kelp as a balanced supplement. Since I have found that taking kelp gives me adverse side effects by way of my intestinal system... I wanted to find a way to supplement the minerals in another way.
My intent was to get a balanced amount of the various mineral elements.
