Hi,
If you have night time leg cramps you could try putting a bar of soap or two
into your bed. Wrapped is OK. It may not work for everyone all the time but
most of the people I recommend it to are happy with it. If you still get an
occasional leg cramp just put a bar of the soap (wrapped is OK) on the center
of the cramp. It often helps.

Before anyone asks... I don't think anyone knows why it works.

PS: if all else fails Standard Process makes a product called MinTran that
helps muscle spasms.

When I got my Mag oil, already made, I put it on my face. And oh yeah, did it
burn and face turned beet red.
Washed it off immediately. Since then have been using it on feet and ankles
morning and nite. Still get leg cramps tho. Will buy from the source below and
also look for an internal pill. I must be really deficient, or it's the
potassium or.................???

What I read was half cup magnesium chloride flakes to half cup water....But I
ended up adding more flakes than that. At least a cup of flakes. You will know
when too many flakes have been added because they won't dissolve. No big deal.
Just decant the good liquid into another container and leave the flakes behind
for your next batch

I am using my home made magnesium oil...

Mag oil is just water that has had as much magnesium chloride flakes added to
it as possible
