If the rash is not a contact dermatitis (why after a show? What type of show and what would you be contacting there that you may be allergic to?) then best to do a couple good liver cleanses. Anytime something shows up on the skin, there's liver congestion.

Ive had a strange (benign) rash, starting a few years ago, on my upper arms then it progressed down each side of the torso and a bit in the groin area. It sometimes is slightly raised but right now its fairly feint. Its usually more pronounced after a show. It doesnt itch its just there. Ive consulted dermatologists in the UK and USA without success. If I apply DMSO it seems to expose a lot more rash in otherwise clear areas but doesnt reduce it.
